Entry 16 - Nov 2012

Struggling today! My knee is painful to the point of me considering going to the doctors - which I know will just get me a referral to a specialist who will just tell me to rest it... and charge me a butt load for this useless bit of information.

The thing is I want to train. I feel guilty not training. I am so frustrated right now... I think that I can probably push through the pain to train but I am scared that I will hurt it more and then render myself useless!!

What should I do???

I am not giving up on my diet I am sticking to the 1200 cals religiously but I really need to get out and exercise... grrrrr

I guess if it's not better by the morning I will just have to go to the Dr... **sigh**
