WEEK 1 - Make one small change
OK guilty confession time, I had taken up drinking Diet Coke again, I
knew it was wrong, but I convinced myself that it was just the MSG
giving me migraines, not the DC - I was wrong.
My one small change - stop drinking DC
This took me just over a week to achieve as I halved my intake each day
(rather than going cold turkey) I had a constant headache for the entire
time and on my first DC Free day - I developed gastro like symptoms.
Not going back to that again!!
I wasn't in any mood this week to participate much on the forum. I read
other peoples posts and was daunted by the snr members telling everyone
to 'JFDI' and 'It's great.'
I felt shitty, why didn't they? I was depressed and really down on myself.
'Why do I have to stop drinking DC?'
'Why can't I just be like everyone else?'
'I don't want to go on a diet'
'This is going to be a waste of time and money'
'I love my food, why should I give it up?'
'Mum, you're nice and cuddly, but I wish you would chase me more.'
